Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

We ship orders from the United States.

  • Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday). Orders placed after 2 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Shipping carriers & methods We use UPS for most domestic orders. International orders may use UPS Worldwide services.
  • Shipping rates (subject to change; calculated at checkout) Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method.
    • Domestic (United States): Rates vary by destination (continental 48 states, Alaska, Hawaii).
    • International: Rates vary by country; customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
  • Estimated delivery times (after processing)
    • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
    • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–10 business days
    • International: 10–30 business days (varies by country and customs processing)

Tracking numbers are emailed to you once your order ships. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date for unworn, unwashed items in original condition (with all tags attached).

  • How to return an item
    1. Email us at badgoymerch@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We’ll send you a return authorization and shipping instructions.
    3. Ship the item back using a trackable method (we recommend keeping proof of postage).
    4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method (minus original shipping cost).
  • Return shipping Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • Refunds Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds go back to the original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
  • Defective / damaged / wrong item If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at badgoymerch@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund (including shipping) at no extra cost to you.
